a productive day off 🍃 cosy morning, hiking, slow and relaxing evening 🌙
Wednesday was a public holiday in South Korea, so I wanted to have a productive but cosy day. I woke up at 4am to go to the gym, made a breakfast that I love, and read a new book before I decided to go out for a hike at Gwanaksan with my dogs. Luna and Moose had the best time Ü
When we arrived home I made my favourite sweet and sour tofu, studied and journalled while drinking tea. A healing day doing the things I love.

Oh, I absolutely love matcha as well.😍Between something strawberry-, chocolate- or matcha-flavoured, I always choose the matcha-flavoured one.😁In my family, I'm the only one who likes Asian cuisine and flavours. I actually don't even know where it comes from, haha😁My recent favourite is genmaicha - hope I wrote it right.

I'm also a matcha-flavour everything girl! matcha ice cream, matcha chocolate, matcha latte 🍵 you have excellent taste ehe! I'm also the only one in my family too! so many unexpected things in common 🥹 I just searched genmaicha, it's my first time hearing of it, I'm going to see if I can get it here in Korea. I usually drink a Korean brand of matcha.
yes I love them! the languages I'm studying are (in order of competence): Korean, Spanish, Japanese, Russian, French. I love the variety of this mix. And I do indeed love quotes, do you have any of your favourites you'd mind sharing with me? ☺️

at times, yes, but having Luna and Moose means I go for daily walks even on days I work at home and I practice grounding asanas in yoga when I'm feeling a bit disconnected. I think without the windows to be able to see the sunrise and the mountains I'd find it harder. but having lived in a basement flat in London I think I prefer being high up - the spiders don't jump me in the night here hahaha. do you live in a low-level apartment or house in Canada? wishing you a peaceful end to the week 🤍

First of all, I’m really happy to hear that yoga and two sweet little tails (+ now Juno) help you feel grounded. And amazing sunrises are of course a gift from heaven, literally. The highest I’ve lived is on the 5th floor, and now I’m living on the 1st one, but not in Canada - in Russia.🤗 The funny thing is though that I could have lived in Canada right now because I was planning on studying there and a dear friend of mine is also living in the North. But my plans changed, and I’m grateful for what I have now. Everything happens for the best.
I’ve lived a half of my life in a basement flat so I can relate to all the struggles, including cold floor, mold and sometimes loud people outside at night.😁🙈
Wow, languages!!! My Spanish is Italian, and like I said before, I can be not so proactive at times, but I’m trying to find more time to learn and improve my language skills. You inspire me so much, Danielle!!🥰
